Harrall - Michalowski Associates, Inc. (HMA) assisted the City of West Haven in planning and preparing a Conceptual Master Plan for the area surrounding the proposed West Haven Train Station.  The Master Plan provides a vision and implementation framework for the role the future train station can play in shaping the image of the City, forecasts its impact on the redevelopment of the adjacent brownfield properties and addresses its potential to bolster Downtown revitalization efforts.  The implementation of the Master Plan will further the efforts to address Interstate 95 congestion and bring new job opportunities to the Greater New Haven Area.
