Public Facilities and Service Analysis

HMA provides public and quasi-public clients with the ability to perform public facilities and service analyses with a targeted yet comprehensive approach. HMA has been involved in projects of various scales, including the master plan for the reuse of a former mental hospital campus and a conceptual facilities master plan for a city neighborhood comprising numerous public facilities, a private secondary school and private university. HMAs broad approach to these analyses typically offers the client alternative scenarios for future use of such facilities and provision of services, from which a preferred plan is chosen. With this preferred plan in place, the client is in a position to move forward with more specific thinking towards the design, funding, and implementation of associated facilities and services.
