Economic Development Strategies

For municipal and other public clients, economic development services include economic base studies as part of a comprehensive planning process as well as specific studies for delineated portions of the community or sites within the community.   These more specific economic development studies generally include a review of a community’s current economic base and development climate to establish and prioritize a framework of recommended strategies for increasing economic development locally without leading to the degradation of community character.  These assignments often include an examination of the fiscal impact of future development.
