Development Potential Analysis

HMA has extensive experience in preparing development potential analyses primarily for municipal clients. These analyses are often prepared as part of the comprehensive planning process associated with updating a community’s Plan of Conservation and Development. HMA prepares such studies for clients that are interested in understanding the scale of potential development that can take place. The community’s inventory of vacant, undeveloped or underdeveloped land, wetland areas, steep slopes, and current zoning regulations provide the parameters for this analysis.
