Community Development

HMA provides a variety of services related to the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.  The scope of services provided varies to meet the particular needs of the client community and often these services are a supplement to local staff efforts.  The services include the preparation of applications for funding as well as on-going assistance with program implementation.  Specific assignments may include studies of existing conditions, data analyses, preparation of revitalization programs, economic studies and environmental assessments.
