Photorealistic Renderings

Within its 3D computer modeling division, HMA has the capacity to prepare photorealistic renderings of  virtual environments, with an infinite number of potential views.  These renderings can be used to illustrate what a proposed development may look like within the context of the existing site surroundings.  Perspective level views can be merged with digital photos taken on site to simulate a before and after comparison of the proposed action.  In addition, orthoimagery and aerial photography can be applied to 3D computer models to create a photorealistic background for such models.  Photorealistic renderings can serve as a great tool to convey conceptual ideas illustratively during the public participation stages of the planning process.
