Conceptual Site Planning

The HMA team includes in-house staff skilled and experienced in preparing conceptual site plans in various media, including hand drawings, digital renderings, and photo realistic modeling.  Working with the client and other team members, HMA staff study existing site conditions and review the objectives of the proposed project to prepare a preliminary conceptual site plan.  Many of the firm’s clients find that exploring multiple options at the conceptual site planning stage can lead to the selection of a preferred concept.
